30-day money-back guarantee

Pitch Check AI, the seller behind Business Genie AI, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on credit pack purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• email us at support@businessgenie.ai with your order details and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically a few business days.

What happens to your credits

Credit packs are prepaid usage, so when a purchase is refunded the credits granted by that purchase are removed from your account balance. If you have already spent some of them, your balance is reduced as far as it can go and stops at zero — we will not put your account into a negative balance. Any free credits you received are unaffected.

Duplicate charges and problems with the Service

If you were charged twice, were charged for credits that never arrived in your account, or a critique failed and consumed a credit that was not automatically returned to you, contact us and we will put it right. These issues are not limited to the 30-day window.
